Hello Bungie, Hoping you could help me with adding something to my account. I claimed the Totembreaker and Chromacloak helmets (the level 200 season pass items) on my warlock only, as a one time, one click thing. I did not bother to check my titan or hunter, since I am almost positive that that is how the Tiger helmet from the 30th anniversary functioned. They're all the same model, just like the tiger helmet, so I figured that was the end of the pass and I could move on. I even spent $24 on getting the last season pass to 200, to finish it off (I guess, on my warlock only). Submitted a help ticket and they sent me here. DMG and the D2Help twitter accounts didn't seemy messages. Can I please have these unlocked on my account? I have played since day 1. I have spent so much money on this game. I have never submitted any sort of ticket before, and would really appreciate a small bit of mercy since the API changes have removed that one add-ons ability to claim old season pass items. Pretty please? I already have the item on my warlock, but I'm guessing that due to them being class exclusive and from the season pass versus from Xur (like the Tiger helm from 30th Anni) they are unlocked differently on a coding level than how items are unlocked in your real life money cash shop. Help a Destiny Veteran out, please!
