Sigil stones not giving shards
I'm in the Nether and after one or two Stones, I stop getting the shards for a while. I still get shards from chests, but stones seem to be on a CD or something?
If they do, it doesn't make sense it's capped inside the activity you want us to engage in...

I first thought it was a bugged area in the Exodus Garden 2A lost sector, but I ran his character thru a Heroic Glimmer Extraction public event in the EZD, and despite the field being littered with sigil stones and shards, he didn't get a single shard or any Taken Mastery, and he could have easily have gotten 30-50 shards. Hopefully Bungie will address this as it has turned ranking up the slab into a slog. And yes, he has plenty space for shards as he only has a little over 100 in his inventory.
