I've made a purchase in the bungie store but never received the emblem from my purchase. I have reached out to customer support 4 times, and it's been 3 weeks. The only response I've received was this automated response that I've replied to and received nothing back.

I believe that the Bungie store is owned/operated by a third party that Bungie has authorised to be operate their official store. Unfortunately I think that only the Bungie store can help you, no one from here has any access to their systems etc... I hope that I’m wrong.
