I managed to get the paper and input the codes, it was the thirdassignment which was the problem. Killed all the ads in the dead worm room before final boss, not a single shrieker opened up, wiped, nothing again. Wiped a couple more times, ads all dead every time, still never opened up. Hopefully is fixed tomorrow, will be needing the extra drop chance for the dungeon exotic.
