Emblems gone- At my wits end- I just want them back bungie please im begging at this point im on my hands and knees i cant take it anymore ive been playing warframe do you know how boring that is please just give my emblems back
second post on this after kind of harassing twitter about my problem. my general collections are cleared I assume because of cross save. even when i deactivate cross save everything is gone. i have basically only played on pc except for launch i played xbox for a couple months. only ever claimed stuff on pc. tried enabling cross save couldnt get it to work, then when i did removed my emblems - deactivated it, emblems are gone. reactivate no emblems. looked up just about anything don't see anyone complaining just as much as i would be/ am. im talking like maybe 2 and a half pages of emblems cleared to the basic stuff and a couple free ones i claimed after the fact. every emblem i claimed through a code is wiped. the fact ive invested this much time and money into a game and something like this happens because bungie makes things half baked and says yeahhhh itll go alright and then messes things up and doesnt fix it. my soul has rotted. i just want my emblems back. i dont know if a dev can roll it back but i yearn for destiny again but i cant touch it again with so much work just deleted. hundreds of dollars poof. thousands of hours poof. please give me back my emblems. there is no point to this content drought driven, goblin filled, soul crushing game if i cant show off the funny emblems i spent countless hours getting. THEY TOOK MY DAMN TOASTER EMBLEM FOR CHRIST SAKE. YOU THINK I WANTED THAT 200$ CHINESE TOASTER??? THAT MAKES BURNT TOAST????? please fix

Burnt Edges was a 2021 emblem, but looking at your profile, it was made in 2023. I am guessing you redeemed the emblem straight away and used it, rather than waited two years. That makes me think something like the following happened when you were setting things up for cross-save. You had Steam linked to Bungie Account A (an old one) and also PSN, linked to newer Bungie Account B, the one you are now posting on, made in 2023, the year you cross-saved? (Steam and PSN could be the other way around in all parts of this, this is just an example) Instead of linking PSN to your Steam's Bungie Account A, you were logged into Bungie Account B via PSN and linked Steam to that instead. That detached Steam from its original, older Bungie Account. Now it was attached to a newer, blank Bungie Account, that caused it to lose that emblem and all other code-redeemed emblems too, as well as Bungie digital rewards. Cross-saving in itself can't cause the emblems to be lost, you can set up or deactivate it, but all the accounts are all linked to the same Bungie Account and get their emblems from there. But I suspect it was the linking step before that is the cause, swapping your old Bungie Account for a new one. If you no longer have a way to log into that old Bungie Account (sounds like there may be an XBox account still linked to it..?), then unfortunately it has been 'orphaned' and is inaccessible, everything on it is now lost. If you can log into it, things might be different.
