Drowning Labyrinth Quest Step 6 bugged: Can't Become Initiated (No Research Doc)

Here's a screenshot: https://ibb.co/cSsfBGXH Step 6 of the quest is bugged. Once I launch the dungeon (have tried several times), and go to the specific location to pick up the document, it's not there so I can't become initiated. Please fix this ASAP!! I have tried abandoning the quest as well but it doesn't work either.
