Ghosts of the Deep - Collectible 12 unobtainable
So since GotD is on rotation, I wanted to grind out the triumphs for it. The twelfth memory collectible for the triumph, however, is unobtainable since the timer at the end of the mission is so short and you need to complete a puzzle for it.

Bungie are aware of the issue. You can get it if you're quick enough though. Head towards that room before the boss dies and you'll have enough time.
