touch of malice's catalyst should exhaust targets when they're hit by the blight or by landing multiple critical hits on a target perhaps. This would be perfect for Touch as the exotic doesn't need another damage perk but maybe a perk for survivability outside of healing, it would also be a nice "support" exotic to help your team with damage reduction, I would love for there to be a reason to run the exotic during DPS and I feel that allowing the exotic to reduce the damage of a target would be perfect and would fit the exotics theme and lore.
