Soft locked at final boss sundered doctrine 4 times!
I was doing a Sundering Doctrine, solo flawless attempt and got to the final boss and got soft-locked three times in a row. This always happened after the second damage phase. All of a sudden, my restoration would not work, whether from Karnestine Armlets or my healing aid, and Phoenix Dive also did not heal me. My abilities were not granting Devour, as was intended on Prismatic. I also turned invisible and was unable to get the attendant buff to continue the mechanic. Hot-swapping to Solar quickly allowed restoration to appear briefly for about a minute before disappearing again and not working. Changing weapons allowed me to get the attendant buff briefly, but then it would no longer work. This led me to restart the encounter, and it kept happening after the second damage phase. My character and guns were also invisible. Finally, I made a new loadout with just Getaway Artist, and I was able to get the clear. Something to do with Karnestine Armlets and glaives might be preventing it from working, whether I'm on Solar or Prismatic. It always happens after the second damage phase. Please fix this horrible bug asap!!

3 RepliesHi there, Please try using the same Glaive attack in another activity and seeing if it procs Karnestine Armlets. If not, this will indicate that the attack is not counted as a melee attack, even if it may visually appear to be a melee strike. While we didn't notice a soft-lock in the video provided, it appears that the lack of healing was likely caused by using this specific type of glaive attack which may not be counted as a melee strike required to activate Karnestine Armlets.
