Ruinous Effigy Transmutation spheres used to work with surges, but at some point that stopped being the case last episode, i dont remember seeing any changelogs about this nerf but it basically makes the gun not worth using anymore over basically any other void option. Ill also throw in the issue where transmutation spheres also dont increment the guns kill count tracker, but this is a minor issue by comparison...
