But i got only quest completion (Outbreak Refined III) and no catalyst drop. I Got all required Triumphs (Legend Zero Hour and Upgrades of Contagion). When i try to craft or reshape Outbreak Perfected, Dissease Vector has red border and text "Requires Purchase". Now i cant see any Quests for Outbreak Refined not even in my Kiost.
