Chain Piston Exotic Ornament not showing up after being brought and claimed

I purchased the new Exotic Ornament for the Synthoceps, went into my inventory to unlock the item for use but after doing so the ornament doesn’t show up when I go to apply it. I go back to the Eververse store and it says “Already purchased on account” when I look at the item but the ornament is no where to be seen in my inventory. Hoping this is just a bug and will be fixed at some point otherwise I’ve just lost 700 silver and no chance of getting it with bright dust because the game thinks I already own it.
