So far I've run The Nether solo and tested a couple of expected sources of healing so here are my findings:
Full healing: Usually by giving health regen
> Unrelenting
> Crimson
> Rat King
> Suros Regime
> Touch of Malice
> Dawning Surprise
> Heir Apparent
>> Note: It's not healing but it is the only on-demand, high-damage-resist overshield that can regen itself
Significant healing: Decent chunk healing
> Healing Orbs
> Wells of Light
> Ruinous Effigy's Transmutation Sphere Draining Guard
>> Note: I was surprised by how much healing this did. This can genuinely be used while invisible along with Gyrfalcon's to actually be decent
Negligible healing: A blip on the health bar
> Cure x2 (Heal Clip, Healing Grenade, Red Death Reformed)
> Restoration (Healing Grenade)
> Void Overshields (Repulsor Brace, Echo of Vigilance)
>> Note: Repulsor Brace can stack and fill the health bar given enough enemies
> Echo of Leeching
> Facet of Blessing
> Soul Drinker
> Assassin's Cowl
> Combination Blow
No noticeable healing:
> Devour
> Wormhusk Crown
> Better Already
> Recuperation
> Tommy's Matchbook (expected)
> Lament
I only tested what I could on Hunter, so if you have more sources please add them. For example, I do not have Buried Bloodline or a weapon with Chaos Reshaped so I couldn't test how they performed and I was solo so I couldn't check the effectiveness of Lumina or Support Frame Autos. I also left out any Aspect or Fragment that just gives a subclass verb like Restoration or Cure. I heard Knockout on Titan can fully heal tho.
Edit: It would seem Datto has a similar list from his Episode 3: Heresy Guide (@ timestamp [1:55]). Coolio, maybe he saw this post

Uhm use crimson!!!! It makes the entire activity trivial! * Your welcome guardian....

I obtained and finished up the Buried Bloodline catalyst Monday night in preparation for The Nether. I’d put it in the no effect category. I was surprised that crimson fully heals you with a regular kill, yet BB, even with devour, does nothing. Makes 0 sense. The weakening effect is still useful, I suppose. They’re saying healing isn’t working as intended. That could mean anything. The fact that healing works at all is probably what they mean.

Consecration + knockout Also not a healing tip, but for anyone struggling with the Tormentor at the beginning and the bosses. Cuirass of the fallen star + thunder crash can 1 or 2 tap most of them.

Haven't played yet, but red death no ?

Lumina works wonders also

I feel like the fact that rift doesn't do -blam!- it's gonna be a build craft that is exclusive

Edited by BackdoorBacon: 2/5/2025 2:04:00 AMKnockout on arc Titan gives a good amount. Restoration X2 is also negligible
