Nope. That would fall completely on bungie. There has been other things in private matches that got things done as such. You are not manipulating, cheating, or glitching the game. I will put it this way… Private matches are played all the time. If something is being accomplished in private matches, then thousands would have been banned already because the things needed would be getting accomplished just from playing in the matches.
