Purchased Destiny brand new & sealed for Xbox 360 and my DLC codes are expired.
Microsoft shut down purchasing via Xbox 360 and my codes are expired.
Whoever thought expiration codes was a bright idea should've been terminated.
I want codes for my purchases.

Both copies are clearly sealed for the minions claiming 10+ year old games isn't brand new and only intelligent folks should respond.

Take it up with Microsoft or the company you bought it from. Platforms are the ones that allow the codes to expire/set the time limits. Bungie won't issue you any codes for them.
