anarchy catalyst

the anarchy now jolts targets when it damages targets (could e made to need 2 sticks). additionally the sticks now apply arc blind on exploding. maye auto loading holester too, just for not having to reload, doesn't matter that much though.

i can't wellskate - old

jolting feedback and stats for all would be nice on it i think - but catalysts used to be quite unique and now it's just bungie putting random perks on them lol...at least the icebreaker catalyst is unique ig
