Unsure as of the moment how to cause this but, sometimes when consuming the grenade into the weapon sometimes the gun bugs out and goes down to 0 ammo in the mag making the gun to become in state when you can't reload or fire it. I think sometimes I consume the grenade and maybe swap the weapon to fast or just swapping in general can cause the issue, I have seen it happen on base void subclass and on prismatic.
