A burst fire SMG would be interesting.

Edit: so no one's heard of Burstfire SMG's in real life (or even in other games) and are comparing them to sidearms while we literally have Burstfire Handcannons in the game. Truly a Destiny forum moment 🥴

I like it. 1500 rpm burst spray (Bungie) how about an smg on the end of a glaive that fires like a scout that will be considered a fusion rifle takes special or primary (can choose what to fire with) ... hmm actually like my special/primary selection weapon idea.. I may be biased
