Exotic reworks/buffs

Can we get actual reworks/buffs to the UNDERUSED exotics finally? Mask of the quiet one: could literally be buffed to be the devour exotic for titans since most of the footwork is done already, like its so close to being that as is it just needs a little push. Actium war rig: legit just give it the current artifact mods for autos/lmgs, passive reloads, minor dmg resist while firing and/or small dmg boost on defeats Phoenix cradle: let sunspots grant radiance and boosts sol invictus restoration to x1.5 or x2 (id gladly take a reduced sunspot duration for x2), and buff the dmg/scorch of sunspots to enemies if your standing in it. Ice fall mantle: either remove the mobility penalty or remove the recharge penalty, we already can't sprint, jump/glide, strafe, or slide, and it auto sets your class ability to towering barricade cooldown. There's a lot of drawbacks for just a x4 dmg surge that almost any other dmg buff can do and the armor itself Side note, it's been YEARS since these exotics and more have gotten an ornament, we don't need another synthocepts, dunemarchers, or citans ornament (idk why this one has 3 to begin with). Titans have BEEN asking for an ashen wake, wormgods, point contact, pk, peregrine ornament

    In regard to Icefall Mantle, the damage boost it and the other exotics receive for getting like elemental kills should be removed. That was an extremely cheap and honestly boring buff to numerous exotics. Now specifically back to Icefall Mantle; I was [b][u]EXTREMELY[/u][/b] excited for this exotic when it was teased three years ago. I was envisioning myself becoming a hulking ice covered behemoth. However, that is not what I got as the over-shield was pointless in PvE, the mobility trade off wasn’t worth it, and Stasis Titan had and still has major identity issues. With that being said and with the addition of “Frost Armor”, it seems like an absolute no brainer for them to rework Icefall Mantle to be based around Frost Armor while removing the over-shield. My Proposal: - Replaces barricade; activating your class ability grants max stacks of enhanced frost armor. (If I remember correctly, 1x frost armor gives 4% damage reduction. This would give 7% in PvE, which means at max stacks (8x with the fragment) would offer 56% damage reduction) - While frost armor is active, a blizzard forms around you that slows enemies that get too close and stops in ranged projectiles. (The radius of the blizzard depends on how many frost armor stacks you have) - While frost armor is active, you have a decreased movement speed. However, you can still use your jump ability. I feel what I just proposed is a reasonable and powerful rework for the exotic. This heavily leans into the [b][u]BEHEMOTH[/u][/b] title while drawing it back with the decreased movement speed for balancing reasons.

Plenty of other small tweaks to Exotic armor aiming to provide meaningful utility boosts.[/quote] As for your other point: [quote]it's been YEARS since these exotics and more have gotten an ornament[/quote] The devs have previously stated that the rate at which specific Exotics are used has a large influence on whether new Ornaments are created. The best you can hope for is that any reworks/buffs will result in a noticable increase in use to justify the creation of new Ornaments. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
