Prismatic Subclass Soft-Lock
It is possible to soft-lock yourself out of the Prismatic subclass within the old tower prismatic conflux.
If you've already unlocked it for a class, delete said class & try to unlock prismatic again you will not be able to as the prompt to interact with the conflux will be missing.
[u]Buying the campaign skip[/u] will not fix this issue. [u]Resetting the mission[/u] will not fix the issue. [u]Pressing your bound transcend button[/u] will not fix the issue. [u]Resetting the game[/u] will not fix the issue. [u]Verifying the integrity of game files[/u] will not fix the issue.
[b][u]THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE CURRENTLY[/u][/b]
You will be completely soft-locked out of unlocking prismatic for that character & in turn be unable to progress the campaign.
This bug is repeatable and unfortunately easy to execute unknowingly.

[u]Bungie Help:[/u] Don't comment on the post unless you're announcing a date or time for this bug to be fixed. I still want to be able to edit my post in the mean time. Your answer gives the illusion that the issue has been addressed when it hasn't been. I understand your team is 'investigating the issue' but that doesn't mean anything until I see it in the patch notes :)

I want everyone to know that this bug is still actively in the game. This bug has not been addressed at all within patch notes.
