High impact fusion rifles only get one ammo in PvP
So this was an issue in Checkmate and it's also present in the new PvP sandbox. Is this a bug or is it intended? If it's intended then what's the justification?

Someone told me if a fusion has less than 6 in the mag it gives you less ammo, try putting backup mag even if its a waste.
