High impact fusion rifles only get one ammo in PvP
So this was an issue in Checkmate and it's also present in the new PvP sandbox. Is this a bug or is it intended? If it's intended then what's the justification?

Whatever it is it makes no sense and will take at least 6 months for bungie to fix.
