Give sleeper simulant reconstruction
Just replace moving target with reconstruction. That's all it would take, i think that perk would really fit the theme of the gun as well.

What if they combined reconstruction + deconstruction. While deconstruction is generally not useful it does generate ammo from thin air. So after landing 4 or 5 shots it would add 1 free shot to the mag.
