Just thought of the right change to Witherhoard
The blight puddle should only form on a direct hit.
Sure maybe only in pvp.
It waaayy to easy to use oppressively in pvp.
It should at least require [u]some[/u] skill to proc it's most powerful feature.
Thoughts?

Witherhoard is only really a counter to void bubble titan. People will stop using it next reset.
