Swashbuckler is not activating
I was using my Pure Poetry hc recently with swashbuckler and realized my powered melee and regular melee neither activated swashbuckler at all.

Maybe it is active but you don't see it is? I have the same with golden tricorn. Sometimes I have that much buffs on me that game don't display it all on screen. Always only 3.
