I need some help please
I have a ticket open with Xbox rn. I perched the destiny 1 taken king collectors edition I have all the items in my inventory Microsoft can see the purchase as well but the in game items say I do not own the collectors edition the ticket number is 7005848605 if someone could fix this I’d appreciate it

7 RepliesBungie doesn't handle licensing. That is a Microsoft issue. You will need to work with them to resolve this issue.
