Vox Obscura Master not counted correctly?
Finished the mission, got the catalyst, got the seasonal triumph, but in the Risen seal list it doesn't show completion.

Sounds like you (or the team leader) left before the mission officially ended. Opening the chest isn’t the end of the mission.
