War Table Armor Focusing Boots Bugged

When using risen umbral energy to focus a tusked allegiance boot for high stats I keep getting Pyrrhic Ascent boots instead with no high stats. I have focused 3 times and never gotten the seasonal boots.

Same issue here, please fix this. Wonder if it's only warlocks that have the issue. Seems wrong season boots are linked up
