Hey Jynx, I had the same problem. I did some research and as it turns out, most Xbox players weren't immediately charged when they first pre-ordered the bundle. Instead, we're charged 10 days before the launch of the Witch Queen. This meant that, at least in my case, the purchase was charged on an old or expired credit or debit card, which means it wasn't charged at all. You paid no money for it, which is why you can't currently access it. What I did and how I recommend you do to fix this is go to microsoft.com, sign in, then change your current payment method. Once you've changed it to something acceptable, The bundle should be available for purchase. Buy it with your new card, and voila! You should have access to the full content of the bundle.
