From High Command - bugged?
I've finished the entire Chosen storyline and I cannot progress past 3/5 on this triumph. I just cannot interact with the terminal.
Is there anything I can do to do this?

This is likely a byproduct of them having to remove Haunted cutscene to enable story progression after an error.
