So I just watched a little bit of the ViDoc and saw that Chaos Accelerant is becoming an Aspect. But I noticed that below it there was a "Base Cooldown" of 2:01.
Let me go ahead and point out that currently on the Warlock Voidwalker subclass Vortex Grenades have a cooldown of 1:45, Axion Bolts have 1:31, and Scatter Grenades have 1:45 as well.
Chaos Accelerant currently displays no cooldown when highlighted.
I'm a little bit confused here. Does equipping the Aspect now increase your cooldown time of any equipped grenade? Is it just when you charge a grenade? Regardless, I feel as though that is a deterrent from using it.
But at the same time, I saw other things on the ViDoc like a Fragment that said getting melee kills restores grenade energy. It didn't say "charged" melees. And you might also be able to use Controverse Hold in a build to get your grenade back faster for obvious reasons.
Still though, if this is a nerf, I was not expecting that.

I bet its the same as all stasis grenades all having the same recharge when you have the turret equipped. That shipped with the 30th if I remember right. Having a secondary grenade function appears to mean that all grenade recharge rates get changed to the slowest grenade for that character. Or at least that how I took it.

I can only imagine how combining aspects fragments would boost the recharge on top of sketching like contraverse.
