I am not able to leave my clan, even though I am the only person in it and tells me to make someone else the founder before I leave. I believe it is glitched, can anyone help fix this problem as I can not join any other clans

I just tried to create the dummy account, but it doesnt let me dummy account join the clan even though it is open to community and it wont let me invite it to the clan either.

Unfortunately this is caused by a blizzard account still being in the clan but not being visible since Destiny left Blizzard. You can get around this by creating a dummy account and promoting it to founder of the clan before leaving.
