Can't fully unlock whisper catalyst
I got the catalyst prior to beyond light and says I need to get blighted essence to fully unlock but that doesn't exist anymore, is there any fix to this?

As of right now, no. Only place blighted essence existed was the Whisper mission on IO which no longer exists. Maybe they will change it with a future update.
