Fourth Mark Exotic Ship Drop Rate Bugged?

I have been running the Coup de Grace mission on a weekly basis since season of the hunt for this potential reward and it is yet to drop. Is it still a possible drop or is it no longer available? Thanks

The drop is extremely low There is a way to Farm it.while inside the mission reset your lure
