How to contact bungie support and submit a ticket?

can someone send a link where you can contact bungie? all I can find are help articles, they don't even have a phone number or emails and they don't provide customer service through twitter like w t f.

I bought the destiny 2 upgrade edition and have redeemed it but it only let me install forsaken and now I can't install shadowkeep.
