It’s not elitism. It’s time management. Some peoples lives are in fact more important than others. Is what it is.

It's "Time Management", but for being carried. OP mentioned that the two guys were doing similar and in some cases less damage than the rest of the group. They ended up leaving because they knew they weren't going to get carried by the rest of the team.
