Lost Splicer Quest Missing

Yesterday when the servers were shut down I was kicked out while doing the lost splicer quest. When I logged back in today I can't continue the quest. I can't find it anywhere?!?!? I checked Quest Archive.

I think you should find it when you go to europa, you can start the quest there Else you should try doing it on another character maybe?
