High Celebrant - Not dropping powerful reward
High Celebrant hunt formally a pinnacle reward is now showing as a powerful, but drops at -1 base power (NOT POWERFUL).
Only tested with leg armor reward.
Wife also needed a powerful leg and did the same mission the FOLLOWING DAY and also got a non-powerful leg drop.
Therfore same thing happened twice in two totally different instances.
I'm on Xbox Series X
She's on Xbox One X

5 RepliesNow that it’s a legacy quest High celebrant no longer awards powerful gear. Only reason to do it is if you haven’t gotten the ship or want high stat armor.

Same here. After completing it still shows as having a powerful available from the director.

Same here. Had Arms Armor drop at -1 power level of my then power level.

Yep, happened to me too on PC.

Yup, same, but mine dropped at -4, should have been 1266 drop, since my Power was 1265, but dropped at 1262. On PC.
