Destiny Grimoire ebook Reward not claimable
I've unlocked the "Destiny Grimoire Anthology, Volume I eBook" reward in game, however it doesn't give me the option do claim it in the Bungie Rewards website.
Even after waiting a day to see if it would update, the "Claim Reward" button for the ebook still disable.

My wife and I received the message in-game on both of our accounts but we can't claim it in Bungie Rewards.

I got the same, as when you go to the store it requires a code or you get charged.
