Renaissance Hunter, Deafening Whisper

I've almost completed the Warden seal. 12 of 19 complete. Having a hard time with the grenade launcher rapid kills on Renaissance Hunter. Earlier, weeks ago, I got 17 of 50 done. Now, tonight, none are counting. I'm using a masterworked Deafening Whisper. What am I missing? Thanks!

Tried the Duskfield Grenade again with Deafening Whisper and did not get credit Cannot figure out the problem here
