Prophecy Solo Triumph Bug
I just completed the dungeon solo and didn't get the triumph, is this a known issue? I really wanted that ghost shell but will not be doing it again. This sucks.

1 ReplyHey there! In order to qualify for this, you would have to do it in one run and not go to orbit at any point as well as starting it from fresh.

Not an issue. You did it solo from a checkpoint. Meaning you left/disconnected then came back to finish it. When going for solo, flawless, or solo flawless, then the run must be started fresh & you cannot leave/disconnect.
