Sounds like Bungie should adjust it. Should be an easy enough fix.

Its been around for 2 years, so I doubt it. They should and probably are focusing on adjusting the engrams to make it reward the proper level, not +4 every other. Solving that stops the mass afk because people aren't afking for the sake of it.
