This isn't true I am queing at 1019 and getting two afk 750s every run that I just report then run around and kill stuff because reporting for inactivity is a thing there is no way you can justify it at that point.

Those idiots simply haven't figured out how to AFK farm. The game will match 750 and above- which are usually 'active' players. I have played a lot of forges on PC and have had no AFK people in my lobbies at my highest light level.

I am also playing on PC I only just now got a forge where there was one other person not AFK.
