There's a specific DC sneaker that I mess with almost exclusively. It's listed as "pure" on the website. There's like... this round piece of rubber on the sole pattern that provides extra spring on the ball of the foot. Good for skating. Foot braking, that portion seems to wear a little slower. Overall, sole pattern seems fairly high grip. Concrete floors where I work; sometimes they're slick on summer mornings because of the climate control situation. I've seen other people eat shit because slippery floor but it hasn't happened to me. Best overall though? Probably Adidas. Quality seems to have taken a nose dive over the last I dunno... 5 years or so.
