Can the ratking catalyst drop from normal strikes?
Because I'm starting to not believe people that say it does.

6 RepliesI have never seen it or got it in any type of strike and i play a lot. Would really like to know if its still obtainable and if so where. It seems it and hardlight catalyst have been removed.
