Most people don't bring a fireteam to do Seraph Towers.
Also, aside from one or two (unnecessary) powerful drops, it's not like you NEED to do 12 of them a week for the entire season.
I'm at 998 gear after 5 days playing 100% solo.

How many hours did that take? I haven’t played in long time and just hit 950ish. I am worried the grind to get to trials light level will be to long

It took a good chunk of time but there was no need to do it as quick as I did. I really only did the basic powerful drops, haven't done any pinnacles yet. I was already at 970 btw.
