So basically I think that moving is better than just not eating. Like I run cross country and I shave off a quarter of my weight during the season. (I weight around 120 pounds and I am thin asF) So I just can eat what I want and when I do sports it all just disappears. Like here. My brother eats a quart of ice cream in two days. Half a night. He puts on about a pound or two maybe. I eat it? It just disappears. I don’t gain weight ever. But that’s my two cents. If you read all of this you have no life.
