Oh ok...so spare rations and AoS have no recoil?

they arent because all they have is a three tap but all the 150 can three tap and spare rations can even get a 2 tap roll or just in general a better roll

They do with recoil to contend with. It’s maintaining it’s recoil....which is none, just having it’s RoF dropped, and a slight change to Mag Howl.

recoil can be counteracted with skill and a mod/certain warlock exotic

Yeah, Luna’s howl/not forgotten can be counteracted with any gun in the game with skill too.
