Cores are fine for Masterworking. They will be fine for perk rerolls. They are not fine in Infusion. Give me any viable reason why they should exist in the cost, at all. (Hint: you can't. Anyone with a brain can tell you that they're only in Infusion to gate player progression and serve no actual purpose in the overall gameplay of the game.)
