Actualy tnx to situation i raided, i helped and helpin a lot of people doin raids, in D1 i knew people were afraid to do it so after i knew the mechanics at least once a week i took a team:) and got more than 200 friends tnx to it....so your comment is total nonsense:) Its not Elitism, its just that sometimes you need to get pushed for challanges and not waiting for silver plate, and then u can help others:)
